Diana is Andalusian, lives in New York and she is really hard to find. She is in charge of sound for productions all over the world. We were lucky to tie her down for 3 weeks in her studio in Punta Paloma (Tarifa), where she turned the story of La Roca into a truly cinematic experience for the audience to enjoy. Down with documentaries that sound like s***!!

What did you find so fascinating in La Roca? “Understanding this film as a huge love story and feeling moved by it. It is sad to see that dark episodes of ambition, war and political interests are so close and yet so easily forgotten.”

His favorite character in La Roca: “Jose Mari Veinte Duros. Every Goliath deserves a David. And this time it was a boy, who just felt thrilled to make people happy.”

Diana es andaluza, vive en Nueva York y es muy difícil de encontrar. Ella se encarga del sonido en producciones por todo el mundo. Lo que le fascinó de La Roca fue: “entender esta película como una gran historia de amor, y emocionarme por eso. A pesar de sentir que los episodios grises de ambición, guerras e intereses políticos a veces están tan cerca, y se olvidan tan pronto… “

Su personaje favorito de La Roca es: “Jose Mari Veinte Duros. Cada Goliat merece un David. Y en este caso fue un niño, al que simplemente le emocionaba hacer feliz a la gente.”
